Our staff consists of three full-time legal assistants
and a bookkeeper/office manager. Each legal assistant
is responsible for different aspects of the case management
of all files, from opening the files initially through
the discovery and final stages of mediation, trial
or settlement. Should you need to schedule appointments,
or have general questions about a particular client
matter, any of our staff can assist you or connect
you with someone to respond to your inquiry.
Mary Taylor, Melinda Brown and Kristin
Green are happy to respond to your case management
needs. Jan Bartlett will assist you with billing
and settlement inquiries. The attorneys, D. Russell
Thomas and Herbert M. Schaltegger, are also available
for consultations when not in Court or depositions.
The firm's investigation needs are met by an independent
contractor who is licensed as a Private Investigator,
Mr. Bryan Porter.
